Description:
Oslo municipality, c/o the Municipal Department for Labour, Integration and Social Services [Byrådsavdelingen for arbeid, integration og sociala tjenester (AIS)], invites tenders to an open tender contest in connection with the procurement of an operator for an accelerator programme in the Søndre Nordstrand district. AIS is responsible for measures that contribute to increased employment in Oslo and reduced social exclusion. Søndre Nordstrand is a district in Oslo with approx. 40,000 inhabitants. Søndre Nordstrand is one of the districts in Oslo with the highest unemployment rate and greatest social exclusion. There is a need to create more jobs in the district, in part through increased entrepreneurship and mentorship. The establishment of an accelerator programme for start-ups will represent new opportunities for entrepreneurial companies with the potential for growth.
