- The procurement concerns the purchase of consulting services in connection with the Client's need for ongoing assistance regarding the use of greenhouse gas accounting in its construction projects. The assistance is linked to all phases of a construction project. The supplier must, among other things, assist with the preparation of award criteriaier or other types of climate requirements for building materials and evaluation and control of background data (EPD/environmental declarations type III or other environmental documentation). The requirements must be designed with the aim of reducing greenhouse gas emissions, for example through the preparation of CO2 ceilings for certain materials orLPG account/budget based on the municipality's most emission-intensive materials. The supplier must assist in investigating and mapping the most emission-intensive materials in BYM's construction project, find out how best to set requirements for greenhouse gas accounting in the project, participate in the announcement of the competitionsee and assist in the evaluation of received offers from contractors and carry out greenhouse gas calculations for construction projects. A secondary purpose of the agreement is to assist with training the agency's employees in the use of EPD as documentation, through skills transfer and courses.
