Tenders are invited to procure a conceptual system for the builder-HMS in the county municipalities
Short Description: This announcement consists of an initial market survey, which is intended to provide the county municipalities better insight into how relevant market players assess issues, questions and user stories we have identified associated with the follow-up system for the Client-HMS. We want information and knowledge of what is available by solutions, what is possible to realize and what will be important to safeguard in the further procurement process. We therefore demand, at an overall level, the functional need we think we need to meet for the builder -Hms within the road area associated with SHA, external environment and seriousness. One or more systems with functionalities for risk management, reporting (RUH and emissions) are requested, tools for following up seriousness regulations and archive system related to the builder's HSE needs.
