Help us strengthen the user choice for day centre services for persons over the age of 18 with disabilities in Oslo municipality! Oslo municipality has implemented user choice for day centre services for persons over the age of 18 with disabilities. This means that users who are granted day centre services can choose between municipal and private tenderers with a framework agreement. The current framework agreements for day centre services expire 31.03.2025, and the Velferdsetaten is responsible for procuring new framework agreements. The aim of the procurement is to give our users a varied and versatile day centre offer, that covers different interests and needs. We would, thus, like to get in touch with as many potential tenderers as possible. We will, therefore, use this prior information notice to invite tenderers to an information and dialogue meeting on the new procurement. The meeting is open to all tenderers, both those who currently provide day centre services to persons with disabilities, and those who are considering creating such a tender. Relevant employer organisations will also be invited to attend the meeting. At the meeting, Velferdsetaten will inform about the service and plans for the procurement.
