- Nav Troms and Finnmark shall procure driving licence training for heavy vehicles at C and CE, including YSK. Training shall be carried out in Tromsø. The framework agreement includes both the procurement of group training as well as the procurement of individual places. It is estimated that 2-3 courses will be held per year with up to 16 participants and a minimum of 10 participants. In addition there will be a need to purchase individual places.
