- The procurement concerns a framework agreement for annual assistance with the development, design and production of e-learning modules on equality, diversity and human rights. The procurement concerns a framework agreement for assistance with the development, design and production of e-learning modules on equality, diversity and human rights. The procurement is being announced as a framework agreement for the period 2023-20026. Funds have been allocated to be used for the agreement for 2023. For the period 2024-2026, the scope depends on annual grants from the Storting. The e-learning courses must be high quality courses, i.e., inspiring and user-friendly. The e-learning courses must use illustrations and multimedia instruments that stimulate knowledge, skills and attitudes on equality, diversity, human rights and equivalent services.
