- UiO c/o the Department of Medical Sciences needs to procure equipment/instrument for measuring metabolic activity in the present in cultures of individual cells (animal and plant cells) such as cell lines and primary cells as well as biopsies and 3-D cell spheres. We would like to measure metabolic activity such as extra cellular acidification (ECAR) and oxygen consumption (OCR) in a time of at least 96 well plates.
