Tender is invited to the procurement of the investigation of balancing reserves
Short Description: The client's description of the delivery follows from the requirements specification. RME wants an assessment of the principles used for the procurement of reserves and any measures that can be implemented to improve the liquidity and competitive situation in the reserve markets. The purpose of this will be to look for measures that reduce the total costs, considering adequate reliability. Furthermore, RME wants a review of costs to the individual players by participating in different reserve markets. The purpose of this will be to increase the understanding of different players' bidding in the individual reserve market and the market's behavior for use, among other things. In RME's market monitoring assignment, an upper economic frame of NOK 600,000 has excl. VAT.
