Description : The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's need for food/groceries as well as meat and meat products.
The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for each of the following categories:
— food/groceries (part 1),
— meat and meat products (part 2).
Tenders may be submitted for one or both of the categories.
Each category will be evaluated and awarded separately.
Each sub-tender will be considered as a stand-alone contract so that each individual provision in the contract applies to each individual sub-tender.
Discounts cannot be offered that create dependency between the parts. One (1) framework agreement will be signed per part.
