Tenders are invited to the acquisition of framework agreement for consulting services for further development of NVES GIS infrastructure based PA ESRI technology
Short description: The Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE) wants to enter into a framework agreement for assistance with various tasks related to the further development of NVES GIS infrastructure, which is based on ESRI technology and platform. GIS is an abbreviation for geographical information systems. The services will mainly be GIS application and tool development, GIS system development, programming, database modeling and automation. Technically, this will be carried out in ASP.NET, .NET, Javascript / ESRI Javascript API, Geocortex, FME, Python and C #, on MS SQL Server.Nev want to enter into a framework agreement with EN - 1 - Supplier. Frame agreement shall cover NVE Consultant needs This area and it is an estimated volume of NOK 5-12 million for the contract period, depending on the annual budgetary division .Full description of the delivery follows from vouchers 1 requirement specification to the tender documents.
