The framework agreement also applies to the purchase of additional services in the field of operation, troubleshooting and correction, optimization, upgrades, changes and further development. In addition, assistance is included in integration with surrounding solutions if needed. The agreement shall include security products with manufacturer support, service and service level agreement from the supplier, as well as the need for consulting services and support beyond the customer's own capacity and expertise.
