Tender is invited to procurement of framework agreement on legal services
Short description: Lørenskog municipality wants framework agreements on legal services. These will meet the municipality's need for legal assistance where we either do not have capacity or where we need external expertise in certain legal disciplines. The acquisition includes the following sub -contracts: 1. Contract, public procurement, public support, tax and VAT. Child Welfare Includes Health and Care.3. Real estate, planning and building law, transport and water and wastewater. For description of content in the sub-areas, see Appendix 1-SSA-R. One document has been created for each sub -contract. The supplier can deliver offers on one or more of the sub -contracts. Separate evaluation of each sub -contract is done. The acquisition has a total estimated value of about 20 MNOK.
