Tender is invited to procurement a framework agreement on operational leasing of tablet
Short description: Lørenskog municipality today has an agreement on operational leasing of tablets for the upbringing sector. The municipality has about 5000 pupils in primary school with their own tablets, as well as staff in both kindergarten and school with their own boards as well. It is important for Lørenskog to ensure continuity in the school and maintain access to tablets on an ongoing basis, and the purpose of a new agreement is to ensure effective access to tablets for use especially in training purposes, but also for the rest of the municipality if needed. Lørenskog municipality wants to use operational leasing to ensure predictability. The starting point for procurement is to continue the use of iOS based tablets 1: 1 for all pupils and teacher in primary school. Tablets are students' main tools in everyday life. It is procured iOS based tablets to ensure continuity and utilization of investments related to software for the platform, which falls under the exception in § 15-1 (4) (a) "necessary based on the purpose of the procurement"
