Version history version 229.11.2024 version 104.11.2024 Norwegian Health Network invites you to an open tender competition in connection with the acquisition of a framework agreement for the purchase and lease of licenses, as well as license advice. A framework agreement for coverage of all needs related to the purchase and rent of licenses, as well as renewals on existing licenses, upgrades, replacement, etc. In addition, the framework agreement shall include technical and advisory consultancy in licenses, products, technology and solutions in our product portfolio. The acquisition includes 5 sub -contracts. It is possible to provide part -to -part offerings in one or more of the procurement's sub -areas. There are no restrictions in the number of sub -contracts that can be allocated one and the same supplier. Parallel framework agreements must be entered into up to 3 suppliers per sub -area and within each sub -area ranked Suppliers selected Suppliers in priority order.
