Description:
Tenders are invited to the acquisition of framework agreement for radial services in connection with acute avalanche events
Short description: NVE needs avalancharial advisory services in connection with acute avalanche events or worry messages related to the danger of such, including stone clamps, stone ground, quick clay, snow, earth, sørpe- and flood landslides. The agreement does not apply to counseling services if m. Large mountainslides. Agreement is entered into for 2 years with the possibility of up to 2 years extension on otherwise equal terms. The scope of the agreement is estimated at 15 - 25 million enough items. VAT. With an upper limit of 50 million enough items. VAT. Over four years, however, does not imply no obligations. The agreement applies to assistance at short notice across the country including Svalbard (12 areas, see 1.3 for more information). The suppliers choose which geographical and professional areas they have the opportunity to cover. It is expected that the suppliers assists the NVE with, among other things, acute danger assessments, inspections and preparation of technical notes or reports.
