- Statnett shall enter into one or several framework agreements for all of Norway. The service shall, at a minimum, include services such as a duty boat, buoy boat, storage vessel/feeder, tugboat and boat or barge with a work platform for rigging stretch equipment etc. The contract will be valid for 8 years and a description shall be provided of work connected to Vikspennet and Frønningspennet as part of the tender offer.
