Description : Sortland kommune - helse og omsorg (Sortland Municipality Health and Care), hereafter called the Contracting Authority invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for a framework agreement with a service provider for the procurement of future-oriented and modern welfare technological patient signalling system and sensors to the contracting authority's health and welfare services and institutions.
The contracting authority wants to enter into a contract with one tenderer.
The contract duration is 4 years from 1 January 2021. The contracting authority will have an option to extend the contract on verbatim terms for 1 year + 1 year. Option to extend automatically for 1 year if the service provider does not receive written termination. The contract can have a maximum duration of 6 years.
