Description : Sortland Municipality - Health and Care hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for a framework agreement with a tenderer for the procurement of future-oriented and modern technological welfare patient signalling systems and sensors to the contracting authority's health and welfare services and institutions.
The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with one tenderer.
The contract duration will be four years from 01.01.2022. The contracting authority will have an option to extend the contract on verbatim terms for one year + one year. Option to extend automatically for one year if the tenderer does not receive written notice on the contract. The contract can have a maximum duration of six years.
