Description:
Procurement of framework agreements for HR-Juridic Services
with one provider of legal services in the HR area. The purpose of this procurement is to establish a framework agreement with a supplier for levering of legal services in the HR area. The framework agreement will meet the need for assistance and counseling to the HR Juridical Section of the Directorate of Labor and Welfare, as well as assistance to the employer's side on NAV's other state units in resource-consuming cases. The supplier should be able to assist the client within The following areas: Have expertise in collective and individual labor law, ie on the areas of both the Working Environment Act and the State Employment Act, including central contract work in the Statenha expertise in the related areas of privacy and tax -being handled conflicting and difficult situations, Including participation in negotiations, both in writing and in meetings, and conducting surveys and assessments of alleged criticism in connection with notifications, cf. Chapter 2AI The Working Environment Act may be appropriate for the supplier to contribute with competence -enhancing measures such as courses and lecture.
