- Procurement of joint agreement for recruitment services
The main purpose of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement with up to five suppliers for assistance for recruiting top executives and middle managers in the ministry community, including underlying businesses where the Ministry is conducting Recruitment. The top leader is defined as the Ministry of Department, Expedition Chief, other department mentally leadership positions reporting to the Ministry of Department and the chief executive of the underlying businesses where the ministry is responsible for recruitment. Parts of the ministry community's need for Recruitment services will be covered by DSS 'internal service or by the ministries' own resources. There is a need for assistance from external recruitment agencies for the part that is not covered by DSS's service. - Documents:
