Description:
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract with a tenderer who can offer long term places/nursing home places. The municipality is responsible for the population being offered the necessary health and care services. The municipality has the freedom to decide how the health services shall be organised, including whether a service shall be provided by itself or procured. The Municipal Council has, cf. the municipal council ́s decision in December 2023, set aside financial resources for the purchase of nursing home places in the nonprofit organisation in the current financial plan. Steinkjer municipality would like to procure long-term institutional places (nursing homes). The stays will be awarded after a decision from Steinkjer municipality cf. HOL 3-2, no. 6.
