Procurement of Measurement of Security Condition
The ministries currently have different ICT platforms to provide digital services. It has been decided to establish a common ICT platform, hereafter called a new solution, and phase out the four existing unrested platforms (DSS, the Ministry of Justice and Emergency Management, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defense). A new solution will be delivered to the customers that it has been decided at all times that DIO will provide services to. Today's ICT platforms handle together approx. 7000 users, of which approx. 1800 users are approx. 100 foreign stations internationally. Much of the application portfolio is based on standard tools, such as MS SharePoint, MS Exchange, MS Office, Case Archives (P360 and WebSak), etc., but there are also some heavier department -specific applications. More than 300 applications have been identified, of which the order of magnitude a quarter includes a central server component. Operation and maintenance of today's ICT platforms is largely internal, but in the last couple of years parts of the applications and platform have moved to general cloud services.
