- The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Operation and Maintenance, Technology Operation and Maintenance (hereafter called the contracting authority), would like tenders for the development/review of methodology for the collection of a data basis for socio-economic analyses on determining the winter standard. Socio-economic analyses are to be carried out for the review of Hand Book R610 Standard for the Operation and Maintenance of National Roads, as an important basis for possible changes to the winter standard. The socio-economic analyses are split into two phases: Preliminary study and main analyses.
