- The purpose of the acquisition is to ensure an efficient and cost-effective license management of both local-installed and cloud-based Microsoft and Adobe products for customers in the purchasing collaboration of Påsunnmøre. License management shall include, but not limited to, license administration, compliance, optimization of license use and strategic advice, through Software Asset Management (SAM), for all types of Microsoft and Adobe licenses that the organization has.
