Tender is invited to procurement of multifunction machines
Short Description: The municipality of Oslo will announce a new competition for the purchase or rent of multifunction machines during the year during the year. Today's agreement expires on April 1, 2023, and there is a need for a new agreement that covers all businesses in the City of Oslo's need for printing, copy and scanning for e-mail. The need for multifunctional machines in the municipality varies from small offices in need of A simple table model, for large schools that need larger machines with finishers who can print, scan and copy larger amounts of paper. In addition, some companies need secure solutions, as sensitive information and personal information are processed. A selection of the machines must therefore be able to be connected in secure networks. As part of the market survey we are now sending out a "request for information" (RFI). In connection with the review of the answers we will consider the need for invitation to one-on-one meetings with suppliers.
