Description:
Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Nursing Homes has been given the assignment of acquiring a contract party that undertakes the administration of the swimming offer and technical bath inspections of the pool at Ammerudhjemmet. This includes customer contact and the sale of hours to associations, groups, private persons, companies etc., in addition to lifeguard services and water measurements with frequency in accordance with the regulations. The technical operation of the pool will be carried out by Oslobygg KF. The contract has a duration of 4+1+1 years and an estimated upper value of NOK 18 million. The contract is for the tenderer to be paid a basic amount in addition to the share of turnover based on the total turnover in accordance with the offered basic amount.
