Procurement of parallel framework agreements for IT consultants - (Qualification phase)
The Norwegian Coastal Administration therefore regularly has need to purchase external IT expertise in order to continue to deliver and further develop digital services within the maritime sector. The Norwegian Coastal Administration wishes to enter into parallel framework agreements for 4 subcontracts. The partial contracts contain different areas of expertise. The partial contracts must cover the needs of the Norwegian Coastal Administration competence and capacity during the agreement period and entered into with 3-6 suppliers per partial contract provided that there is a sufficient number of suppliers. The final decision on the number of framework agreement suppliers will be made later, cf. the basis for the competition point 1.2.1.2 partial contracts will be national, while 2 of the subcontracts will cover, but not be limited to, our locations in Haugesund and Alesund. All call-offs take place using mini-competitions between the suppliers with an agreement within the relevant subcontract Framework agreement is entered into for a period of 2 years with an option of 1+1 years. The procurement has a maximum estimated value of NOK 554 million. Need and value may vary within the various subcontracts and areas of expertise.
