- The Norwegian Coastal Administration makes major investments within digitalisation and IT services annually and in accordance with the demand for good digital services that the Norwegian Coastal Administration delivers within the maritime sector. The Norwegian Coastal Administration has, therefore, a regular need to purchase external IT competence in order to continue to provide and further develop digital services within the maritime sector. The Norwegian Coastal Administration would like to enter into parallel framework agreements for 4 sub-contracts. The sub-contracts include different competence areas. The sub-contracts shall cover the Norwegian Coastal Administration Μs need for competence and capacity in the contract period and will be signed with 3-6 tenderers per sub-contract, provided that there are a sufficient number of tenderers. The final decision on the number of framework agreement suppliers will be made at a later date, cf. the tender documentation point 1.2.1.2 sub-contracts will be national, whilst two of the sub-contracts will cover, but not limited to, our locations in Haugesund and Γ
lesund.All call-offs will occur with the use of mini-competitions between the suppliers with agreement within the relevant sub-contract Framework agreement, will be signed for a period of two years with an option for 1+1 year. The procurement has a maximum estimated value of NOK 554 million. Need and value can vary within the different sub-contracts and competence areas.
