• Procurement - Pipes and pipe parts Hareid, Sande, Sula, Giske and Sykkylven, 2026 Through the procurement, it is desired to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier. The purpose of the agreement is to meet the customers' needs for the purchase of pipes and pipe parts within plumbing and heating. The supplier must be a full-range wholesaler of pipes and pipe parts for use within plumbing and heating, in accordance with the requirement specification. Notes to the agreement: Plastic basins and fixtures for basins are part of the agreement. The customer can opt out of the agreement when purchasing concrete basins. Customer can opt out the agreement for larger project deliveries. This when the products pipes and pipe parts amount to a minimum of NOK 300,000 excl. VAT The customer can deviate from the agreement in the case of special orders, i.e. orders that are made, customized or ordered according to the customer's specific wishes or needs. The customer can opt out of the agreement if the supplier cannot deliver within the maximum delivery times in accordance with the requirement specification. Delivery deviations from the supplier can be regulated in accordance with the agreement. The customer can opt out of the agreement by purchasing a whole pumping stations/pressure boosting station. The customer can opt out of the agreement for assignments where pipes and pipe parts are only part of the assignment where another supplier is responsible for the execution. For example excavation work, plumbing work, procurement of fire hydrant, establishment of emergency power generator for pressure boosting stations/pumping stations etc. The customer can bypass the agreement in critical situations where the customer cannot wait for parts if the supplier does not have these in local storage/emergency storage.
