- Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Improvement and Development, the Department for Procurement Services (hereafter called the Contracting Authority), invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for printing services. The contract shall cover the contracting authority ฬs need for printing services, in accordance with the current guidelines in Oslo municipality ฬs visual identity and design manual. The procurement is reserved for entities or programmes that mainly integrate disabled or disadvantaged persons in working life, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations ยง 16-9. This only applies when at least 30% of the employees in the organisation or programme have a disability or are disadvantaged.
