Trondheim municipality has the main responsibility for an innovation/development project which will develop a method for developing criteria for more circular procurement through dialogue, trial and error and the sharing of knowledge. For this, project management must be acquired, who will be given the main responsibility for the implementation of the project. See more about the need in the requirements specification (appendix 1). The competition is conducted via the municipality's competition implementation tool Mercell. All communication and tender submission takes place via Mercell.
