Tender is invited to procurement of resource management system
Short description: Porsgrunn municipality will acquire a new resource management system for employees in the municipality. A system that ensures good planning of resources and labor, and which handles complicated work processes, such as rotation planning. A resource management system that ensures effective working time planning by good compliance with legal and contract work through both proactive and reactive control of violations of the Working Environment Act (AML), as well as experienced user-friendly and intuitive. A resource management system that accounts for the individual employee and provides the opportunity for control on their own working hours, hour status and plans. Porsgrunn municipality has approx. 3000 employees, and uses Unit4 ERP, Agresso, as a salary and personnel system. All users, besides school, are intended to use a new system for rotation and time management.
