Description:
The Norwegian Welfare Administration shall enter into framework agreements for respite services and 24 hour services for persons with disabilities. Separate framework agreements shall be signed for the following services: 24 hour services for persons over the age of 18 with disabilities and respite services for children and adults with disabilities. Respite services are divided into three types of services; Housing respite, respite relief and respite care without lodging. One competition will be held for each type of service, i.e. one competition for 24 hour services and three competitions for the different respite services housing respite, group respite and respite care without lodging. Oslo municipality would like, via this procurement, to ensure a varied respite offer and a varied 24 hour offer to the users, independent of district affiliation.
