Description : Norwegian Nuclear Decommissioning has been given the task of clearing up after Norway's nuclear activities at Kjeller and in Halden. In this connection there is a need for consultation and advisory services in order to develop the contracting authority- risk-based management system, as well as development of processes and content to adhere to national requirements and international guidelines from IAEA etc.
The contracting authority intends to enter parallel framework agreement within the following sub-contracts:
1. Sub-contract 1 - Development of processes, procedures, criteria etc. for use in the contracting authority-s safety studies, processes for risk control and risk assessments, risk analysis methods etc. Assist with courses and training with nuclear risk, assistance with implementation of risk assessments.
2. Sub-contract 2 - Perform independent verification of established processes, methods, risk assessments carried out etc. as needed.
