Description:
Sykehusbygg HF needs assistance with event planning and implementation of the annual Hospital Building Conference which will be held in 2024 at Royal Garden, Trondheim, 11-12. November. The hospital construction conference has been held regularly since 2015 and is an important meeting place for the construction industry, for Sykehusbygg's customers and owners and for Sykehusbygg itself. If the offeror does not cover all areas themselves, we would like the offeror to associate subcontractors who can assist in sub-assignments in the execution of the contract, e.g. technology/sound/lighting that is not available at the conference hotel. The assignment is offonly by physical presence during the event itself, including set-up/take-down. Costs for travel to/in Trondheim are not compensated. Travel time is also not compensated.
