Description:
Helse Vest RHF is a regional health company and has its main office in Stavanger. Helse Vest RHF owns Helse Stavanger HF, Helse Fonna HF, Helse Bergen HF, Helse Førde HF and Sjukehusapoteka Vest HF. Helse Vest RHF also owns Helse Vest IKT AS. In accordance with the Specialist Health Services Act §2-1a, Helse Vest shall ensure that patients resilende in the Western Health Region are offered specialist health services. These services are provided partly through separate health companies and partly through contracts with private tenderers for specialist health services. Helse Vest would like to enter into a contract for the delivery of specialised rehabilitation services within sub-performance G limited to Multiple Sclerosis (MS) from a private tenderer, in order to improve the population ́s access to these highly specialised services. The enquiry is primarily for patients resilring in the western health region. The target group is patients with a need for specialised, intensive and multi-disciplinary rehabilitation of particularly complex nature, at risk of significant changes in function due to neurological and neuromuscular diseases, limited to: Patients with MS who have large compound function problems that have been examined in hospitals. Tenders are not requested for patients who are newly diagnosed or have light functional outfalls. Tenders shall be submitted locally (e.g. LMS) at first.
