Tenders are invited to acquisition of support / service deficiencies, the Directorate of Environment, IT Services, Troms0
Short description: Support / ServiceDesk, the Environment Agency needs a resource for our Helpdesk / Support at the Norwegian Polar Institute in Tromsø from 18 October 2021 and for 6 months. We look for an experienced person who is quickly productive in our environment and who can take a task-based coordination responsibility for our 2 apprentices on Helpdesk in primarily in Tromsø. Further support tasks across the agencies with experience. Our help desk function is organized after the ITIL framework. We use topdesk as work support and help users in joint ICT across businesses throughout Norway. We support the users with their portable platform, and their various needs around this. Work tasks will be general IT support by phone and, some onsite support, support on Microsoft technology, remote control and troubleshooting.
