Short description: Norwegian nuclear decommissioning (NND) has been commissioned to carry out the clean-up after Norway's nuclear business at Kjeller and in Halden. Decommissioning of the facilities includes removing radioactive sources, disassembling equipment and systems, tear structures and buildings, and transfer radioactive material to a plant approved for receiving, warehouse and landfill. The upbringer shall establish parallel, not exclusive, framework agreements for technical support in design , Construction and safety studies (Safety Case). The scope includes design and planning of new facilities, upgrading / modification of existing nuclear and non-nuclear facilities that will be transferred to NND in ongoing business transfer, as well as support for concession applications. The agreements shall support the client in the work of establishing all the necessary technical basis as well as preparing security studies (Safety Case) for new and existing facilities, so that these meet requirements for ownership and operating licenses.
