Short description: The crisis center offer is an available low threshold offer for people exposed to violence in close relationships. Law of Municipal Crisis Center Offer (Crishesent Act) states that the municipality is responsible for ensuring a good and comprehensive crisis center offer (§ 1). It is the municipality that, according to the law, shall ensure that persons exposed to violence in close relationships have access to a shelter offering in the form of accommodation, day offers, telephone offerings and follow-up in the re-establishment phase (§ 2). The offer must be individually organized (§ 3) and coordinated with the help of other services (§ 4). The competition is reserved for ideal actors.
