- Herøy municipality (henceforth referred to as the 'contracting authority') has, due to staff holidays, leave, water and sewage staff, needs to enter into a parallel framework agreement for temporary staff services. The contracting authority needs nurses, mental health nurses and health care workers who can be temporary staff. This applies to personnel for longer or shorter assignments, both planned and acute. The objective of the procurement is to ensure the contracting authority access to qualified and authorised health personnel within the areas mentioned above.
