• Procurement - Transport and treatment of hazardous construction waste Attvin, 2026 Through this procurement, the client wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier. The purpose of the agreement is to cover the customer's needs for transport and treatment of hazardous construction waste, from Attvin for final treatment at an approved treatment facility, in accordance with the requirement specification. The purpose is also to ensure that hazardous waste is handled in such a way that it does not cause pollution or damage to people or animals, or a risk of this, and to contribute to an appropriate and responsible system for handling hazardous waste, cf. Chapter 11 of the Waste Regulations. The agreement applies to: Waste with phthalates (example floor covering), waste containing brominated flame retardants, waste containing chlorinated paraffins, and for the options waste containing PUR foam insulation and pressure-impregnated and creosote-treated wood. Notes to the agreement: Responsibility for the waste is taken over by the supplier when the waste has been loaded into the supplier's cars. The acquisition concerns the processing of various types of hazardous construction waste and construction waste that cannot be handled together with ordinary household and commercial waste due to their chemical, physical and/or biological properties. Types of waste included in this agreement are in accordance with the price schedule. Everything that is collected as hazardous waste must be treated at approved treatment facilities. It is specified that the hazardous waste according to this agreement must go directly to a final treatment facility and not a reception facility. ...
