Procurement - Treatment of hazardous waste Attvin, 2025
The purpose of the agreement is to cover the customers' needs for collection and transport of hazardous waste from the customer to treatment facilities, as well as treatment of the waste. Notes to the agreement: If new, hazardous waste substances are added during the agreement period, which do not appear in the price forms, it must be possible for the customer to include these in this agreement if this does not constitute a significant change to the agreement. The supplier is then obliged to provide the customer with offers and proposed solutions for these (the same type of assignment that this agreement covers). In some cases, the same or (for the customer) better price calculation must be used for new types of waste as for other types of waste that are part of this agreement, and this must be able to be documented on request. The customer nevertheless reserves the right to choose for themselves whether they want to use the supplier's offer or not, and possibly launch new waste materials as separate competition in the market during the agreement period. Options: • A: Courses and training/updating (optional for suppliers to offer) • B: Packaging The options are described in more detail below down in the requirement specification.
