Customers want a solution that can predict candidates' job performance, while being user -friendly for the client, test administrator and candidates. The acquisition will help customers recruit in a professional and efficient way, in line with best practice in recruitment, and that ensures job seekers a good and trusting candidate experience. The customers need tests for recruitment and development purposes, and the procurement is divided into two sub -contracts, Including: • Personality tests, leadership development tests and team development tests.
