Description:
The Ministry of Local Government and District wishes to enter into an agreement for the total production and publication of the magazine PLAN for 2026 and 2027, with an option for a two year extension. The journal PLAN shall be an important and topical debate arena that stimulates discussion and knowledge exchange across the public sector, the private sector, nonprofits and other interested parties. In order to ensure broad accessibility and professional influence, the PLAN shall be published digitally so that all content is freely available for all. In addition a print edition of the periodical shall be published at least twice a year. The print is distributed through a paid subscription, at the same time that all content is published free and openly available to all on the magazine's website. The contract is for the production of subject and editorial content, graphical design, layout and distribution of both the paper and electronic editions, as well as subscription work. It also includes active communication through digital channels between the two main publications, such as newsletters, social media and articles on the homepage, to strengthen the periodical's role as a lively and current debate platform. The tenderer is expected to have good plans to expand the periodical's reader base and relevance through targeted initiatives and cooperation with relevant actors.
