- Project 1304001 Stortinget - rehabilitation extension towards Akersgata Total contract with interaction K201 - Qualification Statsbygg wishes to carry out a qualification in connection with project: no.: 1304001 name: Stortinget - rehabilitation extension towards Akersgataå of participants who may be interested in submitting offers for a turnkey contract with collaboration Statsbygg has been commissioned by the Storting to have the role of developer for the rehabilitation of the Storting's extension towards Akersgata. The Storting building was completed in 1866, while the extension came in 1956. Both are part of farm and utility number 207/100. The extension facing Akersgata is about 6,600 m2. The extension covers office functions and houses around 120 representatives, advisers and some administrative staff. In addition, the building houses a committee room, the cabinet hall, the cinema hall and other special functions. The Stortings building and the extension are included in the zoning plan, which has provisions for conservation. In addition, the buildings are treated as listed and included in the Storting's own conservation plan. Statsbygg delivered the start-up preliminary project report (OFP) for the extension in spring 2025 and received a letter of assignment for the preliminary project in summer 2025. The project is to deliver a technically upgraded, energy-efficient, safe and universally designed building. The procurement is covered by regulations on defense and security procurement (FOR-2013-10-04-1185) as the assignment will result in the supplier's personnel gaining access to information worthy of shielding, cf.
