• Description:
• Project - Activity-based staffing planning The purpose of the procurement is to conclude an agreement on the continuation of the "activity-based staffing planning" project. The purpose of the project is to increase the municipality's competence in activity-based staffing planning in order to reduce the growing gap between need and resource access to labor with a focus on the health sector. The project is estimated to last 6 months. A description of the procurement, its purpose and scope can be found in the client's KGV. Full description of the delivery follows from the requirement specification. The project is based on the remaining allocated funds from 2025, which enables the continuation of the project. The funds were approved in week 9. Start-up of the project is desirable in week 13. Estimated contract value is NOK 1,200,000 including option during a period of approx. 6 months See the attached Price form for more information about the option. SSAB will be the agreement template. The client will share it with the awarded supplier after the award has been completed.
