Description:
The aim of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements for consultancy services within project management and construction management for future building and construction projects that shall be carried out under the auspices of Hamar municipality for the next 2-4 years. The Project Department in Hamar municipality currently has seven self-employed project managers. The project department carries out various assignments, in different phases, for all departments in the municipality. There is a need to connect with external projects/construction managers with the current and future assignment quantity, who can take projects that are not available for the project department. The contracting authority ́s need is equivalent to approx. 400% position per annum, divided between three tenderers, i.e. 133% per supplier. Each tenderer can offer a minimum of 2 and a maximum of four consultants. The distribution of the assignments between project and construction manager is expected to be approx. 50%.
