Project and construction manager, parallel framework agreements, case 25/6450
The purpose of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements on consulting services in project management and construction management in connection with future construction and construction projects to be carried out under the auspices of Hamar municipality for the nearest 2-4 year. The project department in Hamar municipality currently holds 7 self -employed project managers. The project department performs various assignments, in different phases, for all trade unions in the municipality. With today's and future task volume, there is a need to associate with us external projects/building managers, who can take projects that The project department does not have resources for the needs of the assignment equals approximately 400% position per year, divided into 3 suppliers, ie 133% per supplier. The individual supplier can offer a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 advisors. Distribution of assignments between project and construction manager is expected to be about 50 %.
