Short Description: Frogn municipality invites to a market dialogue for the realization of detailed zoning plan Dyrløkkebakken (National Area Planid: 3022_016-1700) Frogn municipality is the owner of a very central plot immediately at the public hub for Frogn municipality and the shopping center Drøbak City. The collective hub has Up to 10 bus departures to Oslo per. Time.Bommunen has regulated the site with a very high utilization rate with the possibility of over 100 apartments as well as the possibility of 1800 m2 for service functions/common areas/industry. The detailed zoning plan first was processed and published for public inspection. The consultation deadline is September 15, 2023. The municipality wants to sell the site to a developer who wishes to realize the property within an adopted framework. At the same time, the municipality is open to buy or rent back parts of the building. This may be relevant for functions used for:- Elderly dwellings- Day services to the elderly medical centers for 8 doctors' youth homes.
