- Short description: The client needs to replace the current manual financial follow -up of the projects to the county road department with a new project economy system. This will give project managers, project managers, team managers and building managers a better overview of all projects, accrued costs, forecasts and deviations between budget and accounting. An integration between the new project economy system and the county council's financial system will ensure a seamless transfer of economic figures between the systems. This will provide a safer, more reliable and effective way of following up the economy of the projects.
